  • Koerber takes third in Champéry at UCI World Cup Cross Country #4
    Willow Koerber finished third in the women's cross-country race at the UCI Mountain Bike World Cup in the Alpine resort town of Champandeacute;ry, Switzerland.

  • Wells, Gould win Pro XCT; both go on to claim national titles
    Todd Wells and Georgia Gould secured the men's and women's overall titles in the USA Cycling Professional Mountain Bike Cross Country Tour (Pro XCT) during the Sand Creek International Classic in Colorado Springs. Wells and Gould both traveled to Granby, Colo., the following week and won Stars-and-Stripes jerseys at the USA Cycling Mountain Bike National Championships.

  • Twenty champs crowned on final day of Mountain Bike Nationals
    Competition wrapped up at the SolVista Bike Park on Sunday as 20 more national champions were crowned in short track cross country, Super D, and downhill racing. Todd Wells grabbed his second national title of the weekend in the pro menandrsquo;s short track while Katie Compton powered to the win in the womenandrsquo;s race.

    The 2010 USA Cycling Mountain Bike National Championships continued at the SolVista Bike Park at Granby Ranch on Saturday with the pro cross country and four-cross competitions taking center stage. Georgia Gould and Todd Wells dominated the pro cross country fields to take the wins on a hot and dusty course. In the action-paced pro four-cross contests, it was Ross Milan and Neven Steinmetz to grab the national titles.

  • Fourteen champs crowned on day 2 of Mountain Bike Nationals
    Fourteen Stars-and-Stripes jerseys were awarded at the USA Cycling Mountain Bike National Championships on Friday as cross-country racing kicked off bright and early at the SolVista Bike Park. Following a heated day of endurance racing, the evening closed out on the four-cross course with the event's first gravity contests. The winners of the men's and women's U23 and junior 17-18 cross country events not only earned national titles, but also automatic nominations to represent the U.S. at the Mountain Bike World Championships in Quebec later this summer.
